My favorite purchases

I love these plugs they are soo beautiful but they break easily. My first pair were a gift and they fell out the first night I wore them and broke. I had to wait for the larger size to be In stock so I could order again. I’ve tried wearing o rings with them on each side and that helps but it doesn’t look as pretty with them on. Nonetheless, I will still purchase even if I break these pair because they are soo gorgeous and Opal is my birth stone.

This experience in particular has made a loyal customer out of me. I received my earrings, and found that one of them had an internal crack *gasp*. I emailed customer service with a photo of the cracked earring, thinking it would be days and days before I would hear back from anyone. Not even 3 hours later, I receive an email back from a real person (no automated letter here!) stating that they were sorry for my inconvenience. and that another pair were being shipped to me. 3-4 days later, badda-bing! My earrings are absolutely beautiful! I get compliments every time I wear them.
