In the past I have had a great experience with this website, but this time one of the nose studs I received was faulty, the gem fell out after a week of wearing it and It came bent incorrectly. I was wondering if I could get a replacement?

super comfy! Obviously theres no back to it, so itll fall out every now and again while you sleep or shower. But that doesnt happen often enough to impact my rating. Still one of the comfiest nose screws ive tried.
